Our first dance school based at
Kingsley Primary School was established 8 years ago in response to the growing
demand for street dance. The school was popular and a huge success, so DanceMode
established in other areas such as Mitcham, Croydon, Coulsdon, Thurrock, West
Wickham, Selsdon and Thornton Heath where demand was high. As DanceMode expanded
we set up DanceMode productions. We could now organise and run dance
competitions, shows and public performances. All our students thoroughly enjoy
their dance classes and are motivated by both the events DanceMode productions
offers and IDTA examinations.
With new government legislations and insurance criteria, the demand for
practised dancers to gain professional teaching status has dramatically
increased. As members of the International DaThanks for the new textnce Teachers
Association and the Royal Academy of Dance we offer the gateway for dancers to
gain professional teaching status. We work hard to provide the right, up-to date
training for the dancers we serve and constantly review the content and delivery
of our courses. However intensive our courses our approach is informative and
enjoyable. The teaching and learning atmosphere is friendly and professional. It
is all about catering for our students needs and developing each student to
their full potential.
Once qualified we offer selected candidates and those already professionally
qualified an opportunity to run a DanceMode school of dance. With our guided
knowledge and your initiative we can work together to grow our business into
yours. As an approved licencee, you can work in your local area, and at hours
convenient to you. DanceMode will support you in the set up and structure of
your business and provide on-going training in this growing professional dance
teachers network.
